In life there are times that our sleeping habits are tested like when we have kids. But one man has taken it upon himself to prove that sleep isn’t for the weak…it’s for everyone! Did I mention he did this willingly?
In case you haven’t heard, Ryan Bergara is behind this brilliant (or entirely insane) approach. He participated in one of the more controversial forms of polyphasic sleeping which is called the “Uberman schedule”. Basically, people sleep for six 20-minute naps throughout the day. This cuts their sleep-time down to two hours. Sounds crazy, right?
It’s because it is!
