Have you ever met someone who said they liked running on a treadmill? Me neither. If by chance you have, they’re either lying or they’re a freak of nature. I would rather run in 100 degree heat than have to run in a stinky gym. Here are three actually fun fitness classes you can take. No fitness machines required.
Yes, we’ve all noticed the pole dancing craze lately, and rolled our eyes as we passed Sexy Girls Pole Fitness in the car. It should come as no surprise that pole dancing actually does require a lot of strength, and obviously, cardio. I personally have seen women of all ages and sizes owning it on the pole.
This marries the fun of jumping around on a trampoline with cardio and conditioning. Held in what are typically indoor trampoline parks, a fitness instructor will lead you through various jumps and techniques to give you an entire body workout.
