“What color eyeshadow looks best with my eye color?” I get asked this nearly every day. I could sit here and name off a bunch of shades that look great with brown eyes- but I thought linking to some would be more helpful. These tutorials are some of my favorites because they’re not “everyday looks” (although you could wear them every day!). They’re fun, but not over the top. So, here are three makeup tutorials for brown eyed babes!
Sunset Tones
This gorgeous makeup look is by Shonaugh Scott of ShowMe Makeup. The cranberry and gold tones of this look really bring out her eyes, and I love that cat eye effect she achieved by lowering the inner corner of her eyeshadow. Shonaugh explains how using a transition shade in the crease helps to create a seamless gradient, and I love how concise she is with her instruction. The girl can blend, too. Brown Eyed Trefecta
Aurora Makeup always has her face on lock. I love this peachy warm toned eye with a shock of blue in the waterline. It’s like the trifecta of making brown eyes pop. The entire tutorial is in Spanish, but I love that she zooms in super close so you can see every detail and follow along easily.
Metallic Sage
