Once apon a time, back when my blog was just a wee babe, I wrote my first tutorial. I never thought anyone would read it, so I let it all hang out, gave it my snarky all, and titled it: “Blending is a Bitch: A Step-by-Step Guide To Eyeshadow Blending”. The next day my inbox was flooded with comments and shares. I even had one company contact me about sending me product to review. It was the most exciting thing ever, and it spawned what my life is now today.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone in a makeup tutorial say “…..and then blend”. I’m sitting over here like “WHAT? I don’t know how to do that!” After ending up with muddy, brown, ugly eyeshadow too many times to count, I finally mastered the art of blending.
I can tell you that I have had some pretty successful blog posts and tutorials, but none of them ever has done better than that first one. Back then, I was doing all my photos with an iPhone, and didn’t have much makeup to work with. Now that times are a little better, I figured it was time to film a blending video.
I hope you guys enjoyed it! We love hearing from you guys, so tell us all of your thoughts in the comments below!

I love creamy eyeshadows and eyeshadow sticks for when I m in a rush as they re easy! allthatshimmers.co.uk xo I ve never tried a eyeshadow stick because I assumed they would be difficult to blend but perhaps I will now! Jay

I highly recommend. Not all shadow sticks are created equal!
