Maybe I’m just a brat, but really good drugstore eyeshadows are hard to come across. Luckily, I am one of those people who can’t resist moseying down the makeup aisle every time I go grocery shopping, so I’m pretty well versed on which drugstore eyeshadows are worth spending your money on!
Loreal Infallible: These are the prettiest metallic shadows on earth. I’m convinced. They are similar in texture to Kat Von D metal crush eyeshadows. Every time I post something on Instagram wearing these, I’m flooded with comments asking what eyeshadow I’m wearing. I love the jewel tones!
Wet N’ Wild: The Comfort Zone Palette from Wet N’ Wild is arguably the best eyeshadow palette I’ve ever purchased. No, I’m not kidding. I wear it a lot. 8 beautiful, opaque eyeshadows for 5 dollars? I’m about that life.
Maybelline Color Tattoos: These were extremely popular when they came out, and for good reason. They are the drugstore answer to Mac Paint Pots. I love “Bad To The Bronze” and “Tough As Taupe”. They’re beautiful on they’re own, and with other shadows patted over top.
Prestige Cosmetics: I adore these eyeshadows. The shade “Bewitched” is a gorgeous dupe for Mac’s Blue Brown Pigment, except it’s pressed. It’s a win/win if you ask me. I picked mine up at Ulta
Makeup Geek: Yes, I know that Makeup Geek doesn’t really count as ‘drugstore’, since you can’t actually get it from a drugstore. However, they are available for drugstore prices. Considering that, in Makeup Geek, you’re getting one of the best eyeshadow formulas in the industry; I’m surprised they’re not more popular.
